AI assistants
Two built-in AI assistants, one for using the app and one for sales outreach. Both identify themselves as AI and never replace a human administrator.
AI Support
- Who can use it
- Anyone signed in to the app
- Where to find it
- The Help button in the bottom-right corner of every screen
- How to connect
- Tap Help, then type your question. Sign in first so the assistant can personalize its guidance.
- What it helps with
- Explains how to use the workspace: signing in, work orders, training, time clock, earnings, photos, and where to find each screen.
- Limits
- It is an AI assistant, not a human. It cannot view or change private records, payroll, billing, or training results, and it cannot send messages for you.
Marketing AI

- Where to find it
- Admin dashboard, Marketing AI tab
- How to connect
- Open the Admin dashboard, select the Marketing AI tab, and type what you need drafted. Every conversation is saved, so you can come back to it.
- What it helps with
- Drafts cold outreach emails and follow-up sequences, social copy, sales call openers, objection responses, and pitch or demo talking points for selling the app.
- Limits
- It drafts text only. It cannot send emails, post anything, or access your customer or lead records — you review and send everything yourself.
Never share passwords, verification codes, API keys, or payment-card details with either assistant. For anything they cannot do, message the administrators on the contact form.
